[Rabbit-dev] Ant build script for RabbIT 4.2

Hi,

I have only placed version numbers in the XML only because didn't have
an idea what the primary source is.
If not buried deep down, it should be rather straightforward to get
this into Ant build file, too.
Just let me know where so I can fix it.
