Hi,

I would find it helpful to be able to either suppress "convert" for images which have some "transparency" in them, or have different
"min_size".

This way stuff like "Google reader" or "Google docs" would look nice from behind the proxy without need to raise "min_size".

Not sure how difficult would that be to implement, probably somewhat easier in JavaImageHandler than in ImageHandler. I might look
into it by myself sometime, not immediately, just wondering whether others see the need as well.
